TSIA Bootcamps
TSIA2 (Texas Success Initiative Assessment 2.0) is a state-mandated assessment required for any student enrolling in college. Our TSIA bootcamp is an instructor‑led learning experience that combines evidence-based instruction and culturally responsive pedagogy to teach actionable techniques for differentiation and assessment tailored to all learners to help students and adult learners succeed on the TSIA. We offer Summer weeklong bootcamps, 4‑hour Saturday intensives, and PLC day sessions. Upon leaving bootcamp, participants are prepared to test and pass the same day!

We partner with schools and districts to deliver practical strategies and data‑informed differentiation instructional supports so teams can create inclusive classrooms, strengthen community ties, and improve student outcomes. Dr. Curry does an excellent job with the students. They are responsive to the material, participate enthusiastically, and are excited to take the TSIA so they can pass and enroll in college classes. I believe these strategies will motivate students to improve and increase their confidence for the test. The explanations and detailed data she provides make the material easier to understand.

I had the opportunity to attend one of Dr. Curry’s TSIA Boot Camps for our 9th‑grade students at IMPACT on a Saturday. The boot camp was conducted efficiently and was well attended, with a room full of motivated, engaged students. Throughout the session, Dr. Curry actively engaged students and consistently checked for understanding. She effectively prepared students to interpret test questions and apply strategies to answer accurately. Behavior concerns were minimal; students remained focused and invested in learning the content needed for success. I observed students applying the modeled strategies, and many demonstrated a high success rate on the exam. Overall, Dr. Curry’s instructional strategies are highly impactful in supporting student success on the TSIA.
